    Easter after dinner walk.

After an enormous lunch and in lieu of a nap, the dog and I went for a walk to examine tree tops that the loggers left last week and see if any groundhogs were out. I took a recent acquisition, a Uberti 1873 in 38-40. I'm shooting 9 grains of Herco and a Missouri Bullet company CB 10, 180 grain RNFP. Beautiful day for a walk, Happy Easter to everyone.

we used to be over run with groundhogs here in NE Pa, I lived on a farm, and could easily shoot 15-20 in an evening. now it is rare to shoot even one, we think the coyotes are getting most of them. miss shooting them.
