Aim Small, Miss Small.
That’s purty!
I’ve never seen a large loop lever on a 1873 before...
00buck,
Me neither. Me and the LGS salesman that I know very well were talking about that lever. He stated it was just to big and awkward to use comfortably. I told him that you don't use them like a traditional lever. The big loops you just slide your hand forward and they are actually smother to use. I then showed him. This thing does have one huge loop on it though . I am going to take her out today I hope and do some steel plate killing and sight her in at 25 yards. She will not be a safe queen. She will be a range steel plate killer.
Aim Small, Miss Small.
Range report later please .. I’m sure it will be a keeper.
Oh .. if you’re going to flip it like John Wayne or Chuck Conners please make sure it’s unloaded
That's a beautiful rifle. Good on you!
If a 41 won't stop it, I wouldn't bet my life on a 44.
Thanks guy's,
It would be fun to see how many times Big John dropped that rifle trying to flip it around like that.
