    Wheeler Lapping Compound

Can someone tell me what is the liquid in this stuff? Mine is only damp. Would like to reconstitute it.

I don't know but I added a bit of "3 In 1" oil to mine and it's fine. Any light lube will work, the oil is just a carrier for the abrasive and will not harm anything.
Warning: I know Judo. If you force me to prove it I'll shoot you.

3 in 1 oil is what I use to keep my Wheeler Lapping compound fresh.
