Bausch and Lomb Balscope Sr Question

This is a longshot, I know. I inherited a jam up Balscope Sr. Serial # has is made in 1957. It doesn't have any of the lens covers. Anyone have some or know where I might find some?

    Thanks!
    Joe

Best bet is eBay. They come up from time to time. Excellent optic.

    .

Measure the outer diameters of both the objective & eye lenses, then start checking lens cover specs.

    or

I you have a friendly dealer or gunsmith, they might let you trial fit a few sets of lens covers they may have in stock, to find something satisfactory.

(You can just tote the naked/un-mounted scope around with you)

I cut a section out of an old tire inner tube and stretch it over the scope. Nice secure protection of the lenses of your scope. A little crude but cheep & effective.
