    12.17x44R Rolling Block Powder

    Would 1F work or should 2F be used if you can find it. That is, does other black work in this?

    I load mine with 62gn of 3F or 62gn of Wano 2P.

    1F will work, but 2F is preferred. You might want to try a little warmer primer if using 1F. I'm not saying to use a magnum, but some standard rifle primers are warmer than others.
