Scrap.... because all the really pithy and emphatic four letter words were taken and we had to describe this way of getting casting material somehow so we added an "S".

Bigger meplat and larger HP make it a bit more effective at subsonic velocities.
But both have no problem expanding at subsonic with HP and cast soft like those 20:1 alloy
Could I request I be removed as I ended up going with what Gamsek suggested.
