    8mm nambu brass is available. I probably have a bunch laying around. Easier but not as fun as making your own.

    Anneal the .357 sig necks should help. Remember only the necks not the rest!

    A pilot won't help with neck reaming. you need an actual inside neck reamer. I make 8mm nambu with an old rcbs sizer set. AND PS.. 30 remington is more rare than 8mm nambu. Last week at least one retailer had 8mm cases available.
    Besides that.. use 6.8spc cases. guess what the parent case for 6.8 spc is??? that's right.. 30 remington. 6.8 spc has a great extractor groove.. and is way more available than 30 rem.. and you are still trimming it down.
