GC .30-.30 boolit before or after PC?

I have been searching the forum. Looking for the proper answer. Do I gas check the bullet during the sizing process before powder coat or after?

I personally like to gas check before pc.
PC will the lock the check on real good. Then size again after PC.
Doing it this way I have never had check come off in my suppressors

    Discussed lots of times.

I like to apply GC before PC. Some of my bullets won't allow a GC to be seated if they are coated first. And, like Smoke said, it 'reinforces' the GC crimp.

A bit tedious, but, I cast, seat the GC, size base, nose size (when needed), powder coat, size nose and size base. Then ready to load. These are rifle bullets with a goal of less than MOA.

I made an expander tool for the GC
so I can put it on after - I can do it
    either way.
