    NOE 100g 223 no groove

just got a NOE 100g .225 no lube groove mold, did a site search and nothing came up. has anyone gotten it to cycle at subsonic speed in an 223 AR? what is the load or how about a 20" rem 700 tactical?

What is the twist in the tactical? 1:9 or 1:7? Sorry, I have no idea on the load, but interesting. Might have to try it sometime.
