Barrel - Throat - and Leed

If I want to shoot all weight's of .257 bullets from a 25/35 is a 10 inch twist correct ? Will a Taylor throat and a 3 degree included angle leade be good also. Will be a 24 inch single shot hunting rifle - cast bullets.

The Taylor throat is normally for revolvers with issues. https://www.grantcunningham.com/2008...g-really-work/

In a single shot rifle the less freebore and or bullet jump tends to give the best accuracy.
