Yes, donor action was from a smoothbore .44 Garden Gun. John bushed the firing pin and fabricated several rifle barrels for it also in .38 Special, .44-40 and .45 Colt. The 10x25mm was a collective brainstorm concocted by my friends and I. We wanted a small capacity case using common .38-40, .40 S&W and 10mm bullets. Cases are simply necked down from Starline .44 Russian in shortened and neck honed Lee .38-40 dies by DougGuy. No case trimming or neck reaming is needed.

Ball & Williams Ballard sporting rifle in .44 rimfire, circa early-mid 1860s. I'm making reloadable rimfire cases and will soon be shooting it

Picked up a Smith Carbine Artillery Model at the show last weekend. "Cases" are on the way and I have the powder, bullets and lube. Now, if the CCI Reanactor (sp) musket caps will light it off I'll be good to go. Pics to follow.

Not a rifle, but well made and very effective within its sphere- my newest Yildiz folder
. 410 - it may become a rook rifle of .32 H&R persuasion some day.
As a bunch of you roll your eyes, here once again is my little H&R/ Green Mountain 44 WCF carbine. Fun all day and will hunt, too.
And last but not least, my 510 Targetmaster Remington. It's spooky how well it makes me shoot.
Someday, I want a seven pound rolling block or highwall chambered in 30-40 Krag. I should sell the group above to get started on saving up for it......
    Naww.

If you are asking about my Ballard in .44 rimfire, the question is best answered in my videos. Making the rimfire cases is shown in a two-part video series. The third video is shooting the Ballard with these cases.

Henry H015 break open in the venerable .45-70 chambering. Added lead to the butt stock that upped the original 7lbs weight to nearly 9lbs with peep sights and 10lbs with the scope. Loading smokeless AA5744 with 350 and 420 grain cast in 1:20 alloy, then PC'd and water quenched to up the BHN.

Skinner rear peep, Lyman front globe ...

    1-4x32 scope ...

Fresh from our gun show this morning!
Model 1885 Winchester High Wall in .219 Ackley Improved Zipper. With single set trigger, and 20x Lyman Super Targetspot scope. Built in PO Ackley's shop as a personal gun for one of his employees as a varmint rifle. Came with oodles of loaded ammo and new brass.
Very early #79xx serial number. Antique vintage old Winchester.
