NRA Cartridges and Loads for American Rifles, Whelen

When published? There is no date I can find inside. Other interesting facts?

Looks like Unique around 10 grains was a good universal load back then too.

The callouts for Hercules HiVel (not HiVel No.2 or No.3) would put the publication between 1912 and 1933. Without more info, I can't help more than that.

Not exactly eaten up with powder choices for a 30-06: Bullseye, Unique, HiVel, etc.

The "continued" tacked onto the end of the header above the chart indicates this is only one of at least two... if not more... pages of loads for .30-'06.

and a page about writing to the "Dope Bag" of Arms and the Man which became the American Rifleman in 1923. So it looks like this manual was before that.

The page of .30-'06 loads in the new photo really narrows it down... DuPont MR 16 and Hercules No.300 were not available until 1916, and DuPont MR 15 was discontinued in 1917.
