Universal Powder through Pistol Die

Lee used to make a universal rifle die for or now offers a pair for small and large rifle that one can attach a powder drop such as the auto disk to or their drum measure to on a press. Lee also sells specific caliber powder through expander dies. What I'm wondering is does anyone sell a universal die just for dropping powder through for pistol?

I don't really want to buy a specific powder through die with an expander as I prefer to use NOE expander buttons to size case for lead bullets and flare mouth. Or I'm using a two or three die set that has an expander and just want to have a powder dispenser on the turret or on the single stage press.

I find I may be loading more 9mm for daughter in law and don't really like doing the powder off the press and no 9mm powder through dies available from what I can see. I also can see using a universal powder through die for other pistol calibers where the dies set doesn't include a powder through expander die. I have the old Lee Universal but that was for rifle only I'm pretty sure. Not to mention it is a PITA to set up as it was intended for progressive presses I think.
