Spent the weekend at a gunshow. Couldnt find any beat up bayonets to play with, or knives either. About my 4th trip around I spied a Lee Lee Loader box that was kind of ragged. Nothing on it for caliber or price, asked what it was and he said .410, then says $40! Its really hard not acting nonchalant about it. So after a few years of searching I finally got me one. ( no, its not for sale ) Now all thats needed is a 20 gauge to complete my needs . Hope "your all" weekend when as good. Todd/3leg

Good score! I picked up a Lee Loader from the shelf at the pawn shop, saw $45 on it, was about to set it down when I saw it was for 10-gauge. I didn't even know they made those. From across the store I hear 'hey, if you want to throw that in with your other stuff today, I'll cut you a deal!'

So now I need to find a 10 gauge something-or-other. Apparently the loader was on the shelf a while.

I have managed to pick up a few of those through the years. I got one of the smaller box sets and then I found one of the deluxe(?) sets in the bigger box with more accessories in it, not sure of it was a later production?

Since I have a MEC grabber and 600jr in .410 I didn't really buy them to load with, I really wanted to see how they worked and to see if it was something I could use if I didn't have my MEC's. They work OK but can be a PITA, glad I have the MEC's to load.

Would like to find one myself, they are hens teeth. I was given a decent pre 85 12 gauge a couple years back and was able to put together 16 gauge tooling for it. Now I have the PW so it sits there.
