Richhodg66 Do you mind sharing the charges and the boolit weight for your .358? I have some and was wondering how it would do with cast. I've used it for a maximum load with 225 grain Sierra which worked very well.
I used 40 grains and a tuft of dacron pillow filling and the NOE clone of the RCBS 200 grain flat point designed for the .35 Remington. Lee makes that bullet in a six cavity now, if I were to do it again, I'd buy one of those, I think.
It burns very closely to IMR 4064 which I did have data for, I just did a little interpolation and went from there. Worked fin, accuracy good, primers looked great, no sticky extraction and the deer never knew any different.
