    85-90 Keith style semi-wadcutter for .32 H & R magnum?

Once again my health has prevented me from casting (smelting actually). So, does anyone know of a commercial supplier of an 85-90 grain plain base keith style semi-wadcutter for the .32 H & R magnum/.327 Federal? Thanks.

The single Keith style 32 we have is a gas check. Sorry!
We do have the Lee 90gn TL. We run the TL through the lubrisizer like all the rest.

I use the Lee TL bullet in my .32S&WL and my two .32 H&Rs up through 1050 fps. It is my "all around plinking small game bullet. I use the Lyman 313631 which is the SWC GC bullet Lyman made for the .32 H&R. While it is a GC it is an excellent bullet. I cast mine of WWs+70% lead. The are very accurate up through 1300 fps in the 6" Ruger (1500 fps in the 10" Contender) and give very good expansion when HP'd with the Forster 1/8" tool.

The Lee TL bullet is a replica of the commercial Hornady 90 gr swaged lead SWC. I use this bullet over 2.7 to 3.2 gr of Bullseye in just about every .3/.31 rifle I have with escellent results. Is a very quiet load and at 800-900 fps gives great accuracy with better terminal ballistics that most .22LRs. Lets you plink and hunt small game with your "big" rifles for the cost of .22LRs. The Lyman 313631 is also my favorite cast bullet for the .30 M1 Carbine. Loaded to 1950 fps and HP'd it is very deadly on critters. I have on numerous occasions shot 15 shot 2-3" groups (back when my eyes were young) with my best M1. At 1500-1600 fps out of 12" twist .30 cals it is quite accurate and deadly also for a 32-20 high speed equivelent load.

A little off topic for the .32 H&R but just giving you some idea of the versatility of some moulds.

Thanks for the information guys. I did buy the Lee 90 grain mold and sizer and think I could cast it, but smelting is just a chore that I think is beyond me right now. Bullshop, I may contact you after Christmas and buy some of the lee bullets from you if I cannot find a way to smelt some lead. Thanks again.

We do have a couple others for the 32's but they are not Keith design. They are 115gn RF design and we have both PB and GC.

    exile,

I live in southeast South Dakota. I have some (100?) .32 Keiths that came from the first group buy here. I also have some (1000 pounds?) of smelted lead (all one pound ingots).

We could do some trading maybe? I don't know what exactly you're in the market for, but if you're interested PM me.

Exile, sounds like you have some neighbors ready to help. If that doesn't work out drop me a PM. I have the group buy mold and would be happy to cast some for you.
