Taylor / Uberti Burgess 1886 Carbine Action Strength

Does anyone have any idea how strong these guns are?
Are they Buffalo Bore 1892 Winchester .45 Colt strong?
Or are they strictly Black Hills Cowboy Action strong?

    Thanks!

An 86? Or 92? An 86 will handle any 2nd tier level loads. Your post is a bit confusing.

I think he's talkin about the Uberti 1883 Burgess Colt repro ???
    (45 colt or 44/40)

Colt made a lever gun - Winchester countered with some pistols = mexican standoff - they each decided to go mind their own business (so the story goes)

I have one and never pursued above Colt SAA loads, which can hit 1150-1200 fps in the rifle. That will kill about anything on this continent with one good shot.

You could attempt to contact the company directly and ask the same question including the Buffalo bore plus P ammo. Let us know what they say.
