This is why one buys these molds. They stack solidly and compactly. The size and weight it a good one for making a pot of casting lead.
That was 6 buckets of 80 lbs. per bucket of sorted WW's Now it is a solid cube of WW lead in CB ingots on a Harbor Freight furniture dolly that is stable enough to push around the garage and slide under the lower shelf for storage without ingots falling off. And 50 lbs. of steel clips. One can clearly see I'm saving some real space from making ingots.
Scrap.... because all the really pithy and emphatic four letter words were taken and we had to describe this source of casting material somehow so we added an "S" to what non casters and wives call what we collect.
Kind of hard to claim to love America while one is hating half the Americans that disagree with you. One nation indivisible requires work.

been cranking out the "reorganization" of my alloys. These ignots drop out like they are lubed, stack nice, darn near perfect fit in plastic milk crates.
Lakehouse if you do a re design maybe add Sn Sb and Pb I will buy some of those also
another 100lbs or so
mac1911, I like what you've done across the top of the ingots.
If my alloys are not one of te options on the ingot I use a flat blade screwdriver and a mallet to mark them for what they are.
I have thought next time I'm at Harbor freight I would pick up a set of there letter punches and a set of their number punches.
This way I can make mark them easier.
The screwdriver works pretty well to punch in a BHN.
