    9mm-147 HP Group Buy

This is group buy for a 9mm bullet that should be a winner. This one should be pretty versatile since it will drop at .359", have the GC option, come with a large HP and a penta HP as well as a solid pin, in 2 and 4 cavity brass blocks and in the plain base should be available in the 6 cavity brass and 8 cavity aluminum molds for the PC crowd.

As usual we need you to tell us which type/cavity mold you would like and your disguised email address in this format please:

    bigtimeshooter AT nomail DOT com

Be patient and prepared to wait, Prices will be set by Miha when he is ready.

What does this drop as a solid?

I think mine are dropping @ 155 with the 359-147 Z GC (previous run) or was supposed to when I picked it up used.

The HP with COWW and 2% is running 146.5-148 checked and lubed. The next time I cast I can set it up as a solid and drop some to check since this will probably be up awhile.

If it ain't broke don't fix it! I disagree with what you say, but I will defend your right to say it to the death! When people fear the government it is tyranny, when government fears the people it is Liberty!

Guys, please use this format: bigtimeshooter AT nomail DOT com

that way all I have to do is cut and paste it. Try not to get too fancy as English is not Mihas first language.

I think it might be because it’s so close to the 9mm 147 RCBS clone that’s been ran several times......

I don't know why the slow turnout. I am excited about this mold for a number of reasons. The GC will let me run this bullet out of my 10" 358 GNR probably close to 1900 fps which will spell catastrophe for whatever it lands on. Have you seen the crazy low AR prices on Palmetto State Armory? If not don't look because you will get hooked. I built myself a way keen 9mm AR Pistol that uses the Colt mags and with my suppressor I can probably shoot it indoors and not find myself and my wife bleeding out of my ears and nose from the concussion a 5.56 or 300 BO might put out. I have also always wanted a Single Six in 38 Super. This would be the optimum cast performer for that package IMO. Just lots of reasons I am excited about it. If you can think of a good one list it so we can get the guys off the fence and on the list!

Might be very interesting in the KAK 9x39 AR15 it would be totally explosive on varmints at supersonic speeds.
