    Would be in on this but sizing that much off usually smears the boolit for me. .224 or .225 from ww is more like what I'd want. Just saying. YMMV.

    Keep in mind, this is a 640 design which does not have an oversize nose. It sizes to 0.224" easily because only the bands are sized.

    Anybody load for the 22TCM round, 1911 platform single stack?
    Wondering how this boollit would run in that gun, not trying to make barn burners? Don't know if I would need a gc base, plain would do. It would be powder coated.
    Right know shooting factory j words, have not hand loaded for this round yet.

    The designer of this bullet uses it in his 22TCM and yes a GC is recommended where applicable.
