Here is a yardsale find I got last week. I've never seen rounds like this.

Soft point, boxer primed, looks like good ammo to me. Shoot it and reload.
GH, I dont have anything in that caliber at present. It does look like good usable ammo. From the research I did, they imported tons of FMJ ammo, and it was all corrosive primed. So Im assuming this will be too. I've never seen any bullets like that before.
That was PPU ammo with the importers box. I used Hanson ammo in several sporting calibers.
Got a bunch of 6.5x55 from Hansen, good stuff.
I firmly believe that you should only get treated by how you act, not by who or what you are!!
Does that bring back memories. HCC originally had the ammo made in Yugoslavia 7.62x39,7.62x54r,303 Brit, 6.5x55, 7mm and I think 8mm as well. When things got bad in Yugoslavia they had some of the ammo made by IMI in Israel. Still have some x39,6.5x55 and 7mm in my stash. Years back when there wasn't any boxer primed x54r brass around except from Norma in Sweden the HCC x54r was the only game in town. Red colored primer sealant is usually corrosive primed ammo and the green sealant is non corrosive. Should say non corrosive on the box. I shot a bunch of the stuff with the green sealant and just cleaned like regular ammo. Still have about 200 HCC cases out of the 300 loaded rounds I bought years ago for cast bullets in a Finn model 27 moisin. Hope this helps. Frank
Thanks for the info samari, and thanks everyone for the replies.
Thats a new one on me as well. When you shoot it let us know how it feeds as have read that spire points were required for best feeding.
Yes that PRIVI 7.62 x 39 ammo all had that blunt nose. Buddy's SKS worked fine with that ammo.
When I bought my first 6.5x55 Swedish Model 96, the dealer had some of that Hansen ammo and I bought 2 boxes to try my mauser out. Best I remember it was pretty accurate ammo.
I've got one HC box of 30.06 LIGHT MAGNUM ammo, according to the box it's great stuff!
It's not the years in your life that count. It's the life in your years (Abe Lincoln)

GONRA wonders what is the MEASURED diameter (micrometer please) of the bullets in the top post is? THANX!
GONRA, I don't have a micrometer. I pulled one and measured it with my calipers and it measured .3095-.310 . Sorry I can't do better for you.
Gonra, If you're in the USA I'm glad to send you a pulled bullet for your measuring pleasure.
Yes, Hansen used to be good, low priced ammo in many European calibers back around 1990. I shot quite a bit 303 Brit out of my Enfields.
The box says hunting grade ammo with a 123 grain bullet. The Hansen stuff I have is a spitzer type bullet with exposed lead at the top. SGammo did recently have 7.62x39 with a round nose bullet at 150 grains with bullets quite similar to the OP's. But first I'd like to shoot some Lapua 7.62x39 FMJ in my SKS. I recently bought a Ruger American Compact in the x39 and am in the process of finding a 40mm objective scope but wit a little more magnification than 3x9 my old eyes need all the help they can get. Frank
It's been awhile, but I used to shoot that stuff and it was fine.
