Does this design address the issue we had with the oversize gas check shank on the C434-250 Lars?

I just checked crimp to tip length for proposed boolit. As I could see, looks like it's about .400".

Now, here is SAAMI spec for 444 Marlin:

If we take minimum case length as 2.205" (2.225"-.020"), and maximum OAL 2.570", crimp to boolit tip is .365".

Loaded 444 Marlin round using Larsen C432-300 RF will be at least .035" longer than maximum length per SAAMI specification. Would this create a problem?

I am interested in an answer to Onty’s question… since I want this for my .444 Lever action.

    With that said.

I’m in since no one has pulled the plug yet.

    I’ll take a 434 HP/NLG/PB ALL Pin/4 Cav Version with handles.
