    Should not be much of a problem. Interior use keeps the outside of the pipes fairly nice. Did you add any wax to the melt and light the smoke off? Extra heat that way. Maybe being a little too cautious with the melt temp? You are not going to hurt anything bringing the lead pipes and traps up to melt temp, but just turn down the heat when fully fluid. Dusty
