Just bought a 300 blackout in anticipation. I'm looking forward to comparing this to the NOE 247 and Lee 230.
However, the blackout upper turned into a Dillon trim die and a giraud annealer too. Crazy how things spiral out of control...
Hlvabeach, be aware that hp molds come in brass, not aluminum.
That's fine. 4 cavity, no lube groove, brass, HP plain base it is!
My NOE 247gn HP mold is Brass as well. I wanted to like that mold, but it has given me much grief powder coated unless I seat very deep.

I tried to superimpose NOE's last run and compare it to the profile of this boolit. If the drawings are accurate, hope this helps someone making up their mind about difference, etc.
I had to open up my feed ramp on my Ballistic Advantage barrel for NOE to work. I went through all other troubleshooting scenarios to come up to this final conclusion that I frankly did not want to mess with.
Hopefully this will help some of you on the fence. I'm still undecided if I should pull the trigger on this one as well. Even though the meplat seems smaller on the MP, theoretically making it chamber easier, it would be nice to have actual dimensions. The HP is definitely deeper on the NOE.
One 4 cav 311 hollow point plain base with all the pins.
