44 Special/44 Mag Wadcutter design based on the H&g 50 cherry

Hello Gentleman take look at this design and let me know your thoughts please.
It seems as thou most of the interest is for HP this will be a different cherry.

The cherries to cut hb and hp are different the bullets are orientated in the mold either nose up for HB or nose down for HP

If HB gains enough interest we will run another buy for that. Miha already has a cherry for that one.

If it was an HP, I'd be in. It wouldn't need 4 different pins, just one thin HP pin.
There's just something about an HP wadcutter that I like.
    KE4GWE - - - - - - Colt 1860, it just feels right.

Nothing is set in stone we could switch it from hollow base to hollow point if you like.
Let me see about getting it drawn that way.

Thank you for the input guys

I’d be in for a 4 cavity hollow base.

Have an original HG 50 as well as Miha’s HB clone and love them both so excited to try in 44.

I just added the revised version with a hollow point.
The hollow point will require a new cherry for cutting the cavity his current hg 50 cherry is for base first in the cavity.
Maybe we could run this one in a hp version for 38/357 too

Thanks to lakehouse for the drawing work

So have you guys thought about this any more??

I see that Duke just threw up a hand full of wadcutter buys so this one may die now....

Please let me know your thoughts.

    Thank you
