I've got one of the #1's in 405. I have some 400 grain bullets for it if I ever need anything more powerful. With the 400 grain loads it is a real hammer.

Got me to thinking about my big kickers. Have a 375h&h in a #1..416 Rigby in a cz550 safari..458 Lott in a ruger m77 magnum.. 9.3x74 in a ex's double and 470NE in an o/u double. Don't want to shoot any of them 'all day'.

For me the 9.3 is a cast paper puncher. Reckon there's no need to load it up beyond fun. Could be more fun if it held more FFg.
