High prices right now in SD due to COVID. People are getting out of the crazy states and away from people. What state isn't crazy and has few people? SD. Also as mentioned the Black Hills over outdoor activity so that drives it up as well. As mentioned, may want to look at WY. Very dry, no income taxes, good people.

I get daily real estate listings. There are some reasonably priced properties in the Lemon, S.D. area.

If you want cheap and dry, look at Glasgow, Montana. Only problem is, you are a LONG way from anything resembling a real town.
The solid soft lead bullet is undoubtably the best and most satisfactory expanding bullet that has ever been designed. It invariably mushrooms perfectly, and never breaks up. With the metal base that is essential for velocities of 2000 f.s. and upwards to protect the naked base, these metal-based soft lead bullets are splendid.

Forget everything you know about loading jacketed bullets. This is a whole new ball game!

A guy I know decided to sell out and move onto a mountain top.....plenty of land ,nice views ,sheltered position .....he was always saying how great it was........until he had a serious health problem .....then it was a terrible place ,land too steep to maintain, neighbours refusing to pay agistment they had agreed to ,complaints to the weed control ,and having to hire in help .

That's because poster #21 is a Spammer, and has subsequently been given a one way ticket to Banned Camp.
