BTW, please note that because of the massive weight of these boolits, and the brass mold, the cycling time is long for this mold. It's the reason one of the guys on the list is buying two molds. While one cools, he's filling the next one. He's smart to buy two. And, this will be my second mold, allowing me to do the same

I believe the issue would be with the action of the Cramer style pins. If you want a non-Cramer style mold, with no pins, Mihec could make the mold for you. That version might be able to be fitted with MasterCaster type openers.

Understood. Added to this list. Have been at Mayo Clinic a bunch the past few weeks. My cancer is apparently back, with a vengeance. My right arm is currently not able to do a lot of typing. My son and daughter will be here starting Tuesday, and I will have them type it all up. Thanks

Put me down for one. If possible, could Miha make an extra set of round pins for me, to make an inch long cavity, and make the pins with a rounded tip like the one on this NOE mold (bottom drawing)?

    http://noebulletmolds.com/smf/index....ic,2044.0.html

This would make for a GIANT cavity with .330" thick base underneath it, and I've got some new 'speriments in mind...

Thank you all for the orders. We are already at the quantity that Mihec required for the production run, so we should get these running soon. If there are any last minute stragglers, or people on the fence, get your order in soon. Sometimes Mihec makes a couple extras of these molds, but don't count on that.

John Ross, I have submitted your request to Mihec, and am awaiting his reply. BTW, I am delighted to see that you are still lurking in the shadows.

If anyone is not aware, John is the famous author of, "Unintended Consequences", an important novel outlining the history of the ATF, with a twist. It is MUST READING for anyone who defends the Second Admendment. Additionally, John is a 500 S&W Magnum expert. A few years ago, here, he designed a "John Ross Edition" of the gun. John is an avid shooter, caster, and makes his living advising people on their investments. I have shared his book with all of my closest friends.

John, I have just purchased my second copy of your book. The first one was lent out, and never wandered back home. I'd be delighted to pay postage both directions if you would be so kind as so sign the book for me. I'm a big fan. Let me know.
