Need advice on Lyman carbide .25-06 sizer die

I have just seen advertised a used Lyman .25-06 tungsten carbide sizer die. Does such a thing actually exist? Does anybody currently make TC dies for bottlenecks? Do they actually work without lube? Are there pros and cons for using them?

I have seen them for .223,.308, and 30-06. These dies still need lube like a regular die, they were made for high volume re-loaders. The die's that I recommend are the Redding Type S full length Bushing Die's. With these you can bump the case shoulder and control the neck tension by using a different size bushing.

The ones I have seen advertised were several hundred bucks each, still
required lube and wouldn't make any sense for a non-commercial loader.
Actually, I wonder if it would make sense for a commercial loader.

Depending on the reliability of the source, I kinda doubt it is actually
TC, but could be. Lots of stuff on e-bay is mislabeled and wrongly
    described.

If it was easy, anybody could do it.

I dont know about the rest but the only thing carbide on my 223 dillon carbide dies is the expander ball. You still need to lube cases just as much as in a steal die it just makes the expander go through the neck easier and you dont have to lube case necks on the inside. I have never seen a lyman carbide rifle die though and id guess its a misprint

I'd guess misprint or non-reloader "creating" his add from lit on line!

I have also seen the T/C rifle dies, always for the auto rifle calibers, advertized. Always high dollar and still need to lube cases.

If your looking for an easy die set to use look no further than Lee's Collet die sets! The deluxe version has a full length sizer die as well as the collet die so you can reload range pick up or "donated" case's for your rifle with ease.

"I'd guess misprint or non-reloader "creating" his add from lit on line!"

I think it's a little of both. I asked the ebay seller if he kney that it was incorrect, he posted back that "It's marked that way on the box." Since it's incorrect and I doubt he is lying, the only answer is that the dies are in a box that originally contained a TC pistol die set and he hasn't a clue.
