I was literally thinking about doing this for 32 rimfire
Now there's a fine example of enginuity and workmanship.. Did you make the dies? D

very very cool more details pls svp
All right!!
35 posts and you throw THAT at us!!
Do tell please...
I Have no idea who you are, but if your not a tool and die maker, your in the wrong business.... Because that sir, Is a work of art...
He means you have only posted 35 times. Usually that means someone who is just starting out. You have shown that you have advanced skills in ammo making. Everyone wants to know if you made your own tooling (dies) or purchased them and if so from whom.
Your avatar looks like an ammunition prediction line.

Let every nation know, whether it wishes us well or ill, that we shall pay any price, bear any burden, meet any hardship, support any friend, oppose any foe, in order to assure the survival and the success of liberty.

I've lathe turned some brass to see if I could do it.
Never drawn it.
That's a lot of work. Looking forward to seeing more.
That's a blanking die and several draw dies.
I'm assuming this is for black powder or light charge smokeless?
Though you've done some beautiful work, balloon head cases aren't very strong.
Then again, if you're putting in the effort to make brass, it must be for something old, odd and fairly rare.
Color me very interested. Please DO post lots of pictures.
When dealing with islam one should always ask themselves: "What would Leonidas do?"
Don't take my comment on your low post count as a criticism. You clearly have the skill and knowledge that few others do and I expected that at your advanced ability you would have more posts.
I for one hope you flood the forum with posts and share your methods.
I have a vague idea of how cases are made but never even thought of the possibility of doing it myself!
