What mold did you get today?

Ordered a NOE 359-93-FN-4 cavity, was trying to hold out for the 100gr RNFP but just couldn't wait. I had a lee 2 cavity that died a horrible death so I needed something for the .380

Waiting for a 45-70 mold to be back in inventory from MP...….

I got a LEE 452-255 6cav just in time for our winter freeze. Its been right at zero to couple above last few days... Now warming a bit tomorrow but its bringing SNOW! I know I know. Its a four letter word and we have strict rules against such offensive four letter words..

Bad day yesterday... ZINKER CONTAMINATION!!!! I did what I knew I shouldn't and it bit me!! GRRR. I THINK I got it all cleaned out... I knew it was BAD when I had to melt my nozzle with a propaine tourch and the drip glowed orange!!!! GRRRR

Well I paid too much, but ya can't take the money with ya.

I picked up a H&G six cavity with handles on the big auction site.

It's the H&G 279. An odd design 200 gr 45 ACP boolit.

Last week I got a new mold delivered; an NOE TL357-135-RF. I "seasoned" it like I normally do (heat and cool on my hot plate for 5 or so cycles). This particular mold took a bit more time to "break in" than my other molds, and I got quite a few wrinkled boolits but yesterday I cast about 150 good bullets with just 3 wrinkles. One thing I noticed right from the first cast is that the bullets drop out of the mold with just a shake, none stuck. My mold drops .358" bullets weighing 136 gr., +/- 1 gr. I'm happy...

My Arsenal is delayed @ my local Post Office???? First time I have seen such a announcement? REALLY???? Its not a tiny office but I have scene FAR larger They employ maybe 12-16 folks not counting carriers. Big enough to announce a "delay"???

SO Im hoping soon. If I dont see by tomorrow Ill stop in and request item with tracking as I know its been @ my local office since the 4th.

I ordered the Lee 6banger from ET brass ($45) today so it should be here by their weekend. I’ve shot this boolit before in my 6” Smitty 686 and it shot fantastic without a GC. My goal is to mill off the GC shank in 5 cavities to convert it to PB leaving just 1 cavity with a GC.

Momma has heat cycled it four times. Now I just need ta wait for warm enough temps. Its been cold.
