    Bought this from the consignment at the LGS. Nobel powder made in Canada. Just after the Metric system came in. Sold at a Mcleod Hardware store that hasn't been in business for over 40 years. for $14.95 Can dollars. It's still looks and smells good. Going use to load up some 233 rems.     Heck, I've used powder sold in a paper bag. Wish I still had some.
