Got it in a batch of stuff from an old fellow who was selling his house and moving into an old folks home 35 or more years ago.

I don't have much to add i think I only have an old red dot and unique.

I guess I could post pictures of brown and white paper bags. The two places I used before internet days dipped it out of a keg and weighed it in front of you.

Funny you should mention dipping out of kegs and in to paper bags...................I am just NOW finishing off a pound of Green Dot from 1975 that was in a brown paper bag, dipped out of an 8 pound keg. I have decided to start using up my oldest stuff first, and pulled this out, the paper sack was falling apart, and it was all in a ziploc bag. I had to strain all the paper fragments out, strange what we can find in these times of scarcity.................shoots just fine with Winchester primers with a 70 cent price tag!

The Winchester are very familiar to me, but the IMR and Hodgdon are from an era before I started loading.

    Herco and PB

Steve here... Here are latest two vintage purchases. The Herco was unopened from 1994, bought it at a gun show last month. The PB is a 4 pounder dated 7/73. It is new unopened. Picked that up this morning in a deal with some other items.

The old kegs were really cool, I wish I had kept them.
The plastic jugs just aren't the same.

Was given to me ... the Dupont can is full.
Still have to learn how to use blackpowder.
It is much easier to fool people ,
than to convince them they have been fooled !

If you can read this , thank a teacher ...
