    star lube plunger issue

    havi g trouble installing plunger in tube its so tight can't push it in the tube wondering if the rubber on end of plunger is bad have air cylinder but like to go back to standard plunger

    It may have swelled up from non use, try putting a little lube on it such as oil or a little lanolin, maybe a little heat to warm it and make it more pliable. Let us know how it goes.

    I lube the skirt of the seal with STOS clear grease. That makes it easier to install and remove. It also helps if the machine is warmed up first.
