What's The Difference Between Soule and Creedmore Sights?

I see there are minor differences, but where would one shine over the other? What's the big diff?

The Soule is a tang sight with graduated windage knobs on the bottom of the staff.

Creedmore is a misnomer that Pedersoli throws around when referring to any tang sight including tang sights for lever action rifles. In the US I don't think it means anything.
