    230 gr 45

I just finished casting 150 Boolits for my 1911. Used the Lee round nose tumble lube mold and wheel weights. Weighed ten of them with the average weight being 236 gr. Is this about right for WWs?

WW's vary from locale to locale. Some locales seem to have more antimony in them than others, and here in my neck of the woods, there seems to be little if any tin in them. WW's come from all over though, due to folks having tire trouble while travelling, so there's really not much of a way to generalize about them too much. Your wt. does, though, sound eminently feasible. Sounds like you did a great job!

it is very common for ww alloy to come out heavier than the weight the mold states.

You're good , use load data for 230 grain boolits , no sense trying to adjust loads for +6 grains of boolit weight , not enough to cause any concern.

Wow, first post since 2014, welcome aboard. You will be fine using data for lead bullets at 230 gr. Size .452. I have the Lee 230 TC, but am burning up too much lead. Went to a 200 SWC. Bullseye, HP-38, 231, are good powders to launch your boolit.
