Any Ideas on forming 9mm Japanese Revolver cases? I'm looking at a Type 26 revolver and would like to shoot it at least once but the only ammunition I've seen is about $6.00 per round.

Got any dimensions to work from?
Wow, I should have looked in Donnelly's book first. He gives dimensions, basically it is thin (really thin) rimmed shortened .38 Special. Case length of .862" rim thickness of .03". He says 158 grain boolits.

Nonte's Cartridge Conversions says use .38 S&W brass or .38 Special shortened to .850. He calls it 9mm Nambu.

I used 38 special case with no issues. Had to run. It on my laithe just a touch. The rim needs to be a touch thinner.
GONRA sez decades ago Midway sold Brand New Boxer Unprimed 9mm Japanese Revolver brass, loaded ammo, etc. MAYBE you can dig up some of their brass? ??? Gun Shows, etc.
(This was in Midway's Original Days.
Don't waste tyme seeking "Original Midway" stuff from them now.
They're expanded into a HUGE Commercial Retailer.)
