311413 Ideal Mold Gas Check Size? Whats Best?

This boolit has a tapered base. What gas check size works best for you guys? Plan is for a blackout round, not gonna push it hard. Hi-tek coated too.

.0130 thick aluminum does not stay on
    .0135 thick does stay on
.0145 felts the best - But I worry it will beat up my lee sizing die.

I'm looking for .0140 thick gas checks. Still on the fence in spending $112 for 30 cal check maker then like $10 on flashing.

Just use standard copper checks from blammer, NOE or Hornady.

if the .0135 are staying on without a easy pull with your fingers they will be fine . And if the .0145 are even better use those if you have a quantity of them that aluminum isnt gonna do anything to a lee sizer to harm it . Go forth and put lead down range .

If you find yourself in a fair fight, your tactics suck!
