    Red River Rick

As I am sure most of you know, Rick is a great guy. He treated me more than fairly, and went beyond my expectations.

Thank you very much for a heavy box full of sprue plates and accessories Rick. I didn't expect the plates to be in new condition, and I didn't expect for you to send me more than what our deal was for.

Thank you again. You are a fine man.

You've very welcome. One thing I've learned over the years is it's amazing how a little extra can bring great rewards, and your appreciation has proven that.

Glad I was able to help out and THANKS for the business.

    Red River Rick

While at the Quigley shoot, I bought one of RED RIVER RICK'S Paper Patch moulds for my treasured 50/90 SHILOH SHARPS from Powderburnerr. I PM'd Rick after his coronary problems and mentioned that I'd like to get a flat base plug for the mould. He sent me a FREEBIE even after I asked for a price; time and materiels are precious.

Thanks to a great guy and valuable member of our "family" here at Cast Boolits. We all learned a lot about moulds from his threads here.

Best wishes for your continued and full recovery.

I’ve just completed a deal with Rick & I have to say that he’s a top-notch fellow to work with. Rick stated in his WTS Ad that the mold had a problem. More than once he also told me that he would gladly refund my money if I found that I didn’t like it. I just might take him up on that after I get a lifetime supply cast up

FWIW, I had Rick ship the mold to a member of this board to be repaired. The repair was made in short order & now it’s all but impossible to tell that anything was wrong with it.

Thanks again for the great deal!

Thumbs up Red River Rick, Straightshooter!

anyone that appreciates good tools and hasn't used Rick's handles is missing out. They're a far higher quality tool than the issued handles from lyman or lee, and it shows.

FWIW anyone buying handles for lyman moulds should consider picking up a couple replacement sprue plates. If you're going to bite the boolit for shipping it makes sense to me. I have a couple properly vented moulds that were fickle about base fill out. In each instance the additional retained heat and deeper sprue puddle helped.

Nice workmanship. Great guy to do business with. Service faster than expected. Now I know why my RCBS boolits were slightly out of round. The handles were off a little. Boolits nice and round now. One happy camper here. Thanks Rick. Ron.D
