Ideal 30 S 4 Cavity Adjustable Core Mold

    Hello,

I recently came into this Ideal 30 S 4 Cavity Adjustable Core Mold. I am assuming the 30 S means that it is for making cores for 30 caliber bullets.

Looking for a bit of information on it. Overall, it is in very good condition. Had a bit of flash rust/dust in the cavities that mostly wiped right off. Is this someone that would still be useful to someone?

I took one pin out to measure.

If I am reading correctly it measures .2385".

I also have a core cutter. Not sure who made this.

I have never seen the like of the bottom attachment from Lyman. It could be factory it could be after market machining. Ideal name went out in the late 50's IIRC. I am not sure how many home swedgers there were then.
