Holy resurrection! Thanks though, I'm getting ready to load some 38-55 myself.

I always like to read discussions on the 38-55. I have a H&R Classic, a stubbed barrel on another H&R frame and my latest is a Winchester 1885 Trapper. They are all excellent shooters but the little trapper is so much fun to shoot you just can't put it down. I'm waiting on a scope mount for the trapper and will install a low power scope to see how accurate it is. I also want to put a marble tang sight on it for 50 to 100 yard steel fun. I've been shooting 9.0 to 10.0 grains unique with the Lee 250fp and its accurate enough for small steel targets. I recently bought the NOE 380-308-RN but have not shot it enough to make a judgement about that boolit. Keep the comments going.

Guard I have a C-Sharps 75 with the Badger barrel and it loves Lyman 335gr, but I shoot 47gr of Swiss 2F. It has procured me several trophys in Mid Range matches
