Hollywood packaging/shipping

I was wondering about Hollywood items. I have seen many sets of dies for sale, but none of them have the original box they came in. Were they made of paper, plastic, or what?

Also, how were the presses shipped. Did they come in a cardboard box, a wooden shipping crate, or something else?

Just curious, because in my very limited experience, I've never seen any type of packaging.

I was also curious about the chronograph they had for sale. Does anyone have one, or a picture of one? Do you know the company that made them?

Lots of questions, I know....

According to what's stated in the following link, the Hollywood chronograph was made by Owen. Tracvision has one I believe. Maybe he can fill us in on it and possibly the original packaging question.

I would love to find a set of dies in their original box, but you are right, they just don't seem to be there.
I am guessing, early 1950's, the presses were shipped in a wooden crate via Railway Express. Anyone remember them?

I remember Railway Express and the big red trucks, but I'm like the rest, I've never seen any boxes marked Hollywood for either dies or presses. Or for that matter, the shell holders. There had to have been something......

I remember some time back, there was an original Hollywood wooden crate for sale either here in the S/S, or on eBay. I'm thinking that it was here. And it was for a Universal press.
I didn't get it because I wasn't a hardcore collector at the time.

I have some Hollywood dies in an original silver cardboard box. The instructions were printed on extremely thin paper, almost onion skin. It tears a bit more whenever I handle it ever so gently.

I will post some pics later.
