    It's interesting we have two posters making their first sets of grips here, and both chose curly maple for their material. I guess great minds think alike, because I'm thinking about making at least two sets for my Blackhawks, and using the same material! Good job! Very beautiful grips, and I bet they fit your hand just so, and point better and handle recoil better than any you've ever bought from the store. Am I right?

    Well, they fit fine, but I'm still figuring things out. I think more practice will eventually lead to a more exact fit.

    The grips look great! I love the maple but I prefer birds eye, just like the look! Any chance of getting that PDFs? Tim
