Any body have any 264 jackets they want to sell or trade? I am looking for 1.120 length or something close.

You might have to use .30 cal jackets and run them thru a jacket reducing die. I have jacket reducing dies but nothing for for .264. Corbin offers dies for just this purposes, not cheap, but available.

Thanks for the info I will try both, and see where that takes me!!
Bought some assorted jackets at the gun show. One bag was labled 264, but the mic said they were smaller than that. What O.D. should they be?

Don't know what the real OD should be but it definitely should be as much as five thousandths less than your finished bullet diameter.
Remember, you put the core in the jacket and swage it up to form a lead filled cylinder in the first die. The cylinder is now slightly larger than the original jacket and slightly smaller than the finished bullet diameter. Also, the jacket is tight against the expanded lead core.
The second step puts the core-filled jacket point first into the forming die. As the point is closed up, the lead is again expanded to push the jacket to the walls of the die for the finished diameter. At that point, it should be .263"-.264."
This is the "expand-up" principle developed by Biehler and Astles, which ensures the bullet core is tight in the jacket for maximum accuracy.
What dimension are you getting for the jackets?
I have sierra that are .262--J4 that are .261--Gardiner that are .262
Those Jackets I have are .241 od must be the peice count is 264. Would have replied sooner but was getting new computer and DSL internet connection. Old was windows 98 with dial-up. No more reading magazine while waiting for a page to load.

I don't have any for the 264 but the .22's I have are typically .219" or so for .224" final diameter. I figured the larger calibers would be mroe or less in the same proportion.

The jackets you have are for 243 finished bullets. I have plenty of them thanks.

The jackets I have are sierra and j4 they are .221. The smaller calibers will stretch a little more because the jacket walls are thinner. But some of the older jackets were made for the 22 hornet and 218 bee some of these guns were made with a smaller bore and .222 bullets fit them better Speer still makes a few.
