Did anyone ever cast a boolit , size it then after 3 weeks or so find that it had shrunk from .285 to .284 ? I have about 400 284's, PC'd and GC that I can't use.

Never seen that, pure is pretty stable and alloys with antimony, tin, etc will grow.
I have to wonder if the PC continues to dry and shrink?
Try another coat to bring them up.
