Love casting the various 38 molds I have for my S&W 19-4 or my K-38 Masterpiece. All are vintage Ideal or H&G Iron Molds and drop like a dream.

My CZ-527 rifle chambered in 222 Rem with a 1:14: twist 24" barrel. 2x7 Scope or the irons.
Shoots MOA or less out to 200 yards. Needs a calm wind day to shoot past 100. 2,400 fps with a 60 grain bullet.

I really enjoy casting for a blackhawk and a marlin 1894 in 357 magnum.

Two 96/11 Schmidt-Rubins I have. One was made in 1911 and has a 1/10.63 twist, the other was made in 1906 and has a 1/9.055 twist. I am looking to try and shoot the Lee "blackout" bullet in the latter......................

What he said. I do have a decided preference for my 32-20 T/C and 45 cal muzzleloaders however.

Can't argue with that. I have a few moulds that are a bit difficult and a few rifles that are difficult as well. I guess my least favorite project is a safe queen 375 Winchester; Lyman mould performed flawlessly, receiver sight was quickly regulated and the first load performed as well as I can shoot a peep-sighted levergun. Was actually a bit of a disappointment. Still a pretty awesome rifle but I think it will be retired sometime this year.
I like a challenge now and then, those often turn into my most rewarding projects.

Gotta agree with Big T on this, only my mould is the RCBS.

Size matters. Bigger is better. .500 down to .400 and anything in between.
