I think the record will show that it is young people who do the mass killing. By the way I am 87. Been casting since 1959.

The curve of results actually looks exactly as I would have guessed, with one exception: the bulge in ages 31-40.

I'm 62.. but only on the outside.

I'm 28, just recently started reloading and casting within the last year. At first I started due to the cost of factory ammo, but I'm finding I enjoy it almost more than shooting. I've always been one to build it rather than buy it if I can.

I like the fact of the 31 somethings getting into casting. I may just give all my casting stuff to some young person soon to help them out, in hopes they like doing it and loading the old stuff from long ago. My one question would be, what cases these younger folks are loading and if it's 223 for their assault rifle then that alone bums me out and they get nothing of mine!

Mostly for my pistols though I have molds for 308 and 7.62x39 but haven't loaded rounds with them yet. I've cast a few hundred but just haven't needed them yet.

Im in that "young person" category (no i dont need your casting stuff) but I do load 223. For some of my rifles. I dont own any "assault rifles" but I do own rifles that are in fact chambered in 223.

    But I cast for 9mm, 40 S&W, 10mm, 300BLK, 45/70, 458 SOCOM and idk how many others currently.

    Now age 76.
    Still casting.
