    Question From .357 sig to 40 S&W ?

Hi all, I have read some on going from 40 to 357 and that it is short, can it be done all the way around?

I got plenty of the 357 and need 40s, is it possible?

What is needed to form 40s?

    Thanks

You are going to have to blow them out. .40's are cheap enough I doubt this is worthwhile.

I would just trade them here, trust me you'll get all kinds of offers. 40cal cases are like rocks on a gravel road....

The .357sig will most likely need to be trimmed after they are fire formed and sized. Though you could probably make a an existing expander work and skip the fire forming. Better off trading the .357sig brass for .40. I don't have a lot of .40 brass but what I have is all once fired by me, I'd do a trade with you.

i have a lot of .40 for sale if you need it. pm me. As far as converting i would think that the neck would just crumble into itself if you try to size is but maybe you could fireform it to .40. Probably way more work than its worth
