    Love my CZ

CZ 452 Varmiter Fed Auto match ammo

I was shooting from a bench at a 50 yard target and this was my best 3 shot group.

The week prior I was shooting at shotgun hulls at the 100 yard berm so I put a paper target out there to see what it would do. I could see it was dropping consistently on the target so I aimed at the top square and the rounds struck pretty close to the bottom square. Then the stars aligned!

I stopped right there and put my CZ back into the truck. I love this rifle. It is without a doubt the most accurate rifle I own or have ever owned.

Pretty much the same as my 452 American. One term Airman- 1965 to 1969 SSGT. Some times I think I should have stayed in.

Is your varmint CZ box stock? If not, what mods did you do? My American likes Federal Auto Match as well, just doesn't shoot as good as yours. So far, only did a trigger job.

Both of my CZ 455's love the Federal Auto Match, I was able to buy 5 box's for $19.00 a box.The Remington/Eley "Club" ammo shot as well @ nearly 3 X the price.Remington Thunderbolt shoots good as well. CZ .22-.17 HMR's have made rimfire fun again for me. I also have a 455 FS in .22 Mag. which I will scope and do ammo testing, gorgeous rifle.

please post about this. I have an old Marlin that will put 3 Winchester SP Mag in 3/4 inch at 100 yards on demand....But I love the CZ rifles! ( I 'had' a Winney 9422 that measured in multiple inches at 30 with the same ammo...)

    Sorry for the thread drift....

boster it is just like it came out of the box. I have not done anything to it. I believe I bought it in 2007. A .22 cleaning rod feels to tight to me so I use a .17 cleaning rod instead. Other than that I don't do anything special.

I've got a few CZ 22LR rifles, and it's predecessor, BRNO, and love them all. They all seem to be very accurate.

I hunt several of them and use Eley SSHP's and they are extremely accurate.

    If I miss, I know it's me..not the rifle.

My CZ 452 Varmiter will do 5/8" 5 shots at 50 will CCI Std. Velocity or Augila SV. It has a cheap cheap Barska scope.
