Just heard from my buddy and he and is wife are (tentatively) planning on coming also. Still has to talk his wife into it! He will be shooting only pistols. Don't know if she will shoot....can visit with my wife!

I'll be there, will only shoot pistol, wife will be there also, though not shooting. We can bring some chips & dip or whatever is needed as the wife will drop me off at 9, go back into town to go yard sailing until 11, she can pick up any last minute items needed.

With the details of the grub out of the way....for the most part, what is everyone bringing to shoot? Are we shooting for groups, scores, distance? Do we need any particular tagets? I can probably donate a box of clays if we can shoot them at JJ. Or I have a supply of these I can bring,

I'm Leaning towards bringing my .357 Rossi Lever, Ruger #3 .223, and I'm going to load up some FNPB 300 grn Puufter 45-70 w/ 10 grn ETR7 - think 44 spl heavy bullet load.
- I might bring a 243 w/ J-word Rem 700V or 7.62x39 Mauser or something different yet -
who knows maybe my 45 acp Enfield #4.

As ragged as I have been getting run on the horse end of things lately, I don't plan on shooting much. I still need to get a website finished for local horse rescue, then onto Facebook page and website for Rim County Mule Deer Federation chapter since I have been handed those reigns before I end up in that dog house. WiFi router blew up last storm and new one just came in mail today. Never ending lately.
Maybe if I finally get down time to put in pillars for Rem 700 I'll bring that and a few pistols. Mama has a little 380, I need to break in so that's must.
Propane tanks filled and grills are ready to go.
I believe we can't shoot clays at Jim Jones
I will have pistols and rifles and levers. In all cal's.
I will be tweaking scopes and loads so I am shooting for MYSELF and not for bragging rights or any trophies.
I print my own targets but would be glad to borrow a couple of your blue boys!
